Book Lovers: enemies to

i think emily henry proves to me that i can enjoy something and just let it take up space in my head without it being really any good.

like when i went to the gym and saw random person wearing a shirt that says “fun, athletic, loves to read” while doing cable flys.

see? good? not exceptionally. entertaining? fantastic for him.

so yes. this review isn’t all that good. charlie lastra in the book says that as an editor, sometimes he leaves the last chapter of the book because he does not want something good to end. so, this book was a DNF for me.
